Obviously I feel off the wagon of the food diary. I'm thinking of changing it to some sort of Health diary or something. I was on the treadmill on Thursday. I did 20min, mostly walking really fast (3.5) and for a couple minutes I ran (4.6) but, I didn't feel well running and went back to the fast walking. I kept up a running commentary to myself that I CAN do it and I could do this forever and that I was strong. It seemed to work...

French Fries & Grilled cheese sandwich
I had a grilled cheese sandwich before we left for the show. I was starving while leaving the show so we stopped for french fries. I'm feeling OK.
Snacks
Green beans didn't keep me fufilled. I've eaten a fun size snickers, reese cup, tootsie roll and a piece of gum.
Cozy Cafe Breakfast
I had three slices of bacon and some homefries. Plus coffee. I'm feeling OK, kind of tired and a little spacey, but, hungry again...of course it's been about three hours since I ate. I'm going to have a bowl of green beans now.

Snacks and coffee
So, I finished the spagetti. It tasted really good to me, but, my head was killing me so I had a reese cup and milk duds. Now I'm having a cup of coffee.
Spagetti
My head and neck hurt. I don't know if it's stress about decluttering or not feeling well with my ears being clogged. But, I'm having some spagetti, we'll see how that makes me feel.
Cereal
I was starting to feel dizzy/light headed, so, I had a small bowl of honey bunches of oats with raisins. I'm feeling a little better, but, my head still hurts and I am still kind of hungry.
Coffee
Woke up late today, had sort of a headache. I also had messages on my phone from the water company. So, this is prime emotional eating/not getting anything done sort of a start to the day. Fortunately, I'm doing OK. I wasn't able to get online...which may have helped.. I got one cup of coffee and am on my 2nd. I'm feeling OK, other than my clogged ears and slight headache. Kira and I are getting her ready for tomorrow, she has pmt and then is going with a friend to a show and sleepover. So, we're getting all that stuff ready. Body-wise, I'm feeling OK.

Snacks
Fun size snickers, piece of taffy, piece of bubble gum, slice of nut roll and small bag of potato chips. Ugh, obviously I get snacky at night! I need to prepare better for that.
Smoothie
I made smoothies. Strawberry, raspberry, plain yogurt, raw sugar and milk. They were yummo! I was feeling cranky, feeling like I needed real food. I still kind of feel that way. This has helped a bit, though.
Tuna sandwich
Tuna sandwich on two pices of white bread. I mixed the tuna with ranch dressing. I would have used mayonnaise if we had had any. The candy didn't seem to have much of an affect. I am feeling cranky and kind of low, though. Mostly because of how I felt at the vet's office this afternoon. And maybe a little bit because I've been stressed for a lot of the day today. Nothing worked out as planned and that causes stress for me.
Honey Bunches of Oats
Having a bowl of cereal now. Feeling hungry. Sometimes dairy is just what my body needs and other times it makes me feel bloated and weighed down. I'm thinking that maybe it's about portions... So, I'm having a small bowl of cereal. It feels like the eggs spurred my hunger. They did seem to perk me up a little, but, other than that not much of an affect.
Eggs
Having some scrambled eggs now. Probably about three of them. Starting to perk up a bit. Feeling OK. The grapes seemed to sustain me, no up or down feeling from eating them.
Grapes
I still never got a lot of energy from the toast. We are also having a sort of crisis with one of our cats being sick, so, I'm also feeling down about that. I'm having some grapes now, about 16 of them. Hopefully that will help with the energy.
Editing to add as I started eating them, it was slow going. I didn't really want them. After I ate about 1/2, I started shoving them into my mouth and ate them so fast that I didn't realize I had run out. Now, I'm feeling really hungry. The grapes awakened my appetite. I wish I would have eaten them a bit slower.

Cinnamon toast
Just had two pieces of white bread with butter and cinnamon sugar sprinkled on them. Yes, I know, not healthy in the least. But, it staved off my hunger and I'm not feeling too bad. Not feeling energetic, but, the hunger pangs are gone.
Coffee
So, I had coffee, this is Folgers instant coffee and I added raw, unbleached sugar and 2% milk. I've had two cups already this morning and am feeling kind of crappy. It could also be because I woke up so early, I'm not sure yet. I feel like I'd like another cup, but, my body doesn't really want one. My mouth is dry and my stomach feels kind of tight and bloated.
